Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance. I do realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so in a timely manner. Cancellations done less than 8 hours in advance are subject to 50% of service. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the service, You may be required to reschedule. Appointments that need to be rescheduled due to late arrival will be charged 50% of the service. **100% WILL BE CHARGED FOR NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS**
